Till Death Do Us Part bug
For some reason the Dullahan isn't fleeing and my pawns end up killing it which bugs the quest out. I get stuck on the "Aid Gregor at the Illdoers' Resting Place" objective even if he goes home and is standing next to his wife.

I mean....you're supposed to kill it. At least I did and the quest completed. Yeah you got a bug though.

It usually flees before being killed but I have seen others say they've killed it so it seems possible. How did you do it, and what level were you? If you remember and don't mind me asking. He vanished from me, if I remember correctly.

Oh okay, so you're just a beast now, haha. Yeah, I'm definitely not that and definitely wasn't one when I faced it. Hopefully I don't break the game, but I am determined to kill him on my "first" encounter this time so I got a preserved medusa head that juuuuust for him :D

I was wondering if it had something to do with me putting a portcrystal very close to the location beforehand so I could just fast travel there. I might try running there from the checkpoint rest town or something

Ah, that could be. I definitely ran to him before. Used someone else's pawn to lead me to him.

It's one of the toughest enemies in game while quest can be received very early and it is timed so you can't just come back to it later. How are you supposed to kill it, even with some NPCs?

I tried it again. Ran from the Checkpoint Rest Town and had one less pawn. It was me as a mage, my main pawn as a fighter and another pawn as a mage for maximum healing. Didn't kill it and it left but not before launching my main pawn into the water. At least it's actually done now.

That is very interesting. Thanks for taking the time to test and posting your findings.

So I killed it in 10 seconds...
I'm a little bit overpowered, due to lvl 79, improved vocation ect..(new game +)

After slaying the thing, we had a conversation, he thanked me then left to his wife.

But the quest did not progress...
I'm stuck there with the marker pointing at the resting place...

I can't go back because I don't know when I rested in the town before...

Did I just screw this quest ?
