Friends have they fixed the PC version?
Debating on whether to buy now or wait. I got to pay about 900 in taxes so this month is going to be tight willing to make some room to get this game either on the PS5 or PC :)

Some say they've seen improvement in performance after the patch, some say it became worst, me personally, there's not much of a difference.. It still runs poor even on my high end.

Thanks, I will get the PS5 version for now and buy the PC version later. Hopefully they add cross saves for when they do fix these issues.

I'm not sure but for me it runs perfectly, haven't experienced any fps drops or stutters. Really enjoying my time right now and hopefully stays that way.
On PC if you had a High End PC and was playing it in 4k + DLSS + Raytracing, then the Update made it waaay worse, i lost like 20 to 30 fps in some places and now having constant stutters in random places SINCE the update.

I think that's because players are further into the story, mid to late game areas actually run pretty well for the most, it's mainly cities and starter early areas where we get half or less FPS.

because the raytracing was running half resolution before; now it's 1to1. still looks useless and almost the exact same as vanilla shaders.

Reshade > any RT in any games

Reshade > any RT in any games

Anything Else > Reshade in any game.

Tryed it a few times in different type of games. Its allways horrible and either oversaturated or just ruins the Dark/Light contrasts in games.

of course im using a quality Oled Display and i set up allways the colors in the Video card controll panel so everything allways looks Crispy with great colors.
So i don't need that crap lol

Also reshade is not real RT if you turn it on in them.

It was both the RT and DLSS that wasnt runing full....

But honestly now they fixed it i don't see a single damn difference on max settings... looks just the same to me and im playing on a big ass Display in my face......

All it did is murdering the FPS for everyone with a high end machines that were playing on max settings.

Play it in 4K with everything turned on to the max.

I also would not have an issue if i would play with Muddy textures and half the effects either missing or downgraded to pixels...

PS5 isn't much better, if you have similar hardware in your PC like PS5, which is already quite dated.
But with a current mid to high end PC, you get much better performance. Still tanks in cities due to bad CPU optimization, but that's similar for PS5, On PS5, you get only ~30 FPS everywhere and not only in cities.
