I offer Finder's Token for the Sphinx "The Riddle of Rumination"

As I noticed in my NG+ run, you can forge / copy the Finder's Token EXACTLY like the original. So you can give it to the Sphinx for The Riddle of Rumination.

If you really can't find your token, then I will send you one of my copies.

Don't know how much people will need this.

I will summon your pawn and give them one token as a parting gift.
Pawn Code should be enough to find yours.

Thats needed for Sphinx too! Also, if one used that unmaking arrow one can get another via Dragonforged vendor!

Hmm, may need to see if the copy cat can copy that too. Or will it be a sad copy ala Portal Crystal?

i feel like a powerful item would become a fake item like the port crystals. I wonder what it would be called though.

You absolutely can and SHOULD give her a Portcrystal because you will get a PERFECT copy of it. You also should get a portcrystal from her other riddle, The Riddle of Madness.
So if you do everything right you get 2 Portcrystals out of her first 5 riddles.

The FUNNY thing is, in my SECOND playthrough, when I did The Riddle of Madness, I received a false PARTcrystal. The same item you get as a forgery from Ibrahim - The Scrap Shop owner, in Rest Town. As, Ibrahim can only forge non-magical items. They look the same but don't have the same function. Same for Ferrystone... I believe they're called Ferristones then. (always look for the correct writing xD)

in ng+ you can just collect 1 token and then you know where to look

ehh, I guess I failed that riddle. It didnt show up when i slept and with 1 day left I cant sleep again for it cause its going to be to late. Guess Ill have to wait for ng+

I'm sorry I don't know because I had to find both my tokens myself. The first was a pain in the ****. I was 2 days into this game when I arrived at the Sphinx, but I found it because traced my first way out of the first outpost, westward. Found it in a harpy nest.

I would assume, yes. I don't see a reason why the devs would remove the token if you had already delivered it to her. Would cause extra work and code, right?

Well. Do you have a previous save maybe? Like a manual copy / backup of your save before? Resting at an inn will also not help you here sadly.
If it doesn't work this time then keep in mind to mark / remember your first Seeker's Token in NG+. I placed a portcrystal on my first one.^^

Nah, i havent been backing up my saves just so if i am dumb i am forced to deal with the consequences in game. Ill likely be putting a port crystal up for my ng+ one though.

Just keep in mind to re-collect all of your portcrystals before you go into NG+, as I'm not sure if you keep them if you don't have them in your inventory or storage.

Ohh my god. I actually found it. It was near vernworth, I was looking at all the spots near melve, since thats where I swear I picked up my first one. So it turns out, unless mine is bugged, the token does stay after failing the riddle.

Thanks so much for your assistance, I didn't think about how pricey my Pawn would be. and yeah, technically. I did the true ending and went to NG+ so I have another shot at the Riddle of Rumination now.

I feel like a lot of people will end up having to wait till ng+. But for the lucky few I have made some forgeries. Turns out the finders token stays after you fail the riddle.

Also, given your pfp, what did you think of the remake? I had no idea it was coming and it excited me.
