Killed Myrddin
I snuck into his house to get the grimoire not knowing he was a part of another quest. I killed him and looted his house then jumped out the 2nd story window. will he respawn?

You have a wakestone you can either revive him in his home or find his coffin in Vernworth's morgue.

Go to morgue and look for his corpse to use wakestone. I believe quest NPC do not respawn by themselves, only generics.
