Report a translation problem
The pawn that comes out will be a higher level while still being free to hire. They apparently thought this was a desirable enough thing to make a deal about it, although I don't really see the point.

Likely, and easily forgotten considering I'm reading every step I take in the beginning.
They either become a Riftstone, which have some special Effect (Only Male Pawns, Only Female Pawns, Pawns you've used before) or they will spawn a Special Pawn which is usually higher level than you, but will be Free to Hire, like it was a Friends Pawn.
The pawn that comes out of the broken ones is free to hire and frequently above your level.
Its basically a free party upgrade if you want it.
