Was wandering around the castle, stumbled upon Disa in her chambers. So i carried her out and threw her off the battlements into the ocean. Her body isnt showing up in the crypt. Is that gonna screw things up now? I just got the border pass to Battahl in the story.

i am not sure, but since she is not in the crypt, either the game didnt put her there yet, or it dosent think she is dead, if she inst dead nothing wrong should happen and she should be where she needs to be for the quest where you can interact with her(but i think you can finish the game without ever interacting with her, not sure)

Joking aside, that is definitely weird. I'd probably try to go back to a prior save and back that up just in case. Maybe wait on a bench for a few days to see if she either pops up in the morgue or just reappears in the world. My guess would be that you can't actually kill her, since that kinda screws with the story, so she might just be gone for a while and then eventually spawn back in.

people tested said to wait 7+ days in-game for them to respawn normally and if not then to check morgue

Not spoiling anything, but you may have screwed yourself over in an endgame quest (during true ending)

it takes time for npcs to show up in crypts, and as some people are saying, some of them will just respawn anyway. Just try to progress some other stuff then check for her in the castle and morgue again and see if she shows up anywhere.

I do believe they accounted for the problem so eventually she will show up, but no one has really counted how much time or how many rests it takes for specific npcs.
