Incendiary Shot and Erupting Shot on Archer pawns..
I've been using my main pawn as a archer lately and I've noticed that even though she has both skills equipped, she seems to love spamming Incendiary. I gave her a stack of 60 explosive arrows and 60 tarring for a long trek around the map. When I got to my destination I found she used 58 of the tarring and only 5 of the explosive. Just to test it, I ran a similar trek with similar results. Does the archer pawn just love spamming the incendiary shot over the explosive? Has anyone else observed this?

Archer pawns are real dumb when it comes to arrow usage. The only surefire way I personally discovered of making them use the proper arrow at the right time is to simply hold them yourself and give them to your pawn only when you want them to actually use it. So if I want her to use the incendiary arrow, I'll give her a few tarring arrows; if I want her to attack a monster with explosive arrows, I'll give her some explosive arrows.

Yea I'm much too lazy for that. Might just switch her back to thief since she put out more dps anyway :-( tired of buying her arrows anyway!

Honestly, archer pawns do great if you only slot weapon skills that don't use special arrows. Tends to get them hired more as well. When upgraded right, some bows can reach knockdown power values that are absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and your pawn will start knocking everything down from afar.

I really wanted to like arrow skills on my pawn, but they honestly aren't worth the trouble. With only 4 skill slots, its just not practical to waste any on something that has a material component. Especially since they don't use them well and just waste them.

Really the arrow cost should be removed. Thief can use similar explosives without a component.

I just took off all the consumable arrow skills from my pawn. I asked a friend to hire her and tell me how she does lol
