Gift of the Bow - Non Archer alternatives ?

Is there a way to complete this without being an archer? Someone said being a magick archer works, perhaps throwing something at the target as a non ranged vocation like fighter would work, or its too high up to reach, can anyone test?

Why would you create a problem for yourself, just switch to archer for 1 quest

Magic archer works as well.

You need to be an archer long enough to get to the area and hit a stationary target. After that it doesn’t matter what vocation you are.

By the time I got there and killed the 4000 monster in between and back I had Archer up to level 5 Disc

This quest is for archer, you can change to archer for little while for this quest, then change it back once quest is done, there is no downside to change class and it's will not hurt your level as well.
