RED EYES PAWN != DRAGON PLAGUE
Dear All Arisen,
I would kindly remind you that pawns with red eyes do not necessarily mean dragon plague.
Love,
Someone with a pawn with red eyes

I got once very suspicous hired pawn with suspicious voicelines. Looked at his eyes - they was not red. More like slowly blinking purple with slightly reddish tint.

When i created my pawn i didn't know about Dragonsplague so i created pawn with distinct vampire red eyes lul. Maybe thats why it hired not very often. Maybe ppl looks at pawns eyes and immidiately throw her in the deep water ;(

Yes, I do. Red eyes = no hire for me and or instant execution. It's a shame really as red eyes are cool in certain looks.

Same. Rejected pawns with such eyes. Those with full helmets covering eyes will get rejected too.

Oh well think i need to go to barber (scissors icon on the map) to change the look ;)

so true. I saw a red eyed pawn in the rift and sadly I passed it up. No way of knowing.

Pawns grabbing their heads and looking as if they are in pain is also another tell. Also instant reject pawns with red eyes.

Funny thing is the red eye clearly different from them which you can choose. I don’t care if a pawn has red eyes, I hire all if it fits my team. My new pawn has also red eyes, so he will likely rare gets hired but I love how he looks, and this is the only thing which matters for me.

Pretty much all closed helmets can raise the visor in item menu. Itsuno truly cares about us character creator enjoyers

Into the brine

From what i've read and saw ingame important npcs (quest, vendors) respawn after a blight attack about a week later. Happened to me in Batthaal and it was kind of "good" because i somehow bricked Hugos storyline and he wasn't released and i accidentically made the prison guards aggro which never ended. After the blight and their respawn Hugo was suddenly free and stood outside my house.

Same thing with the "secret" vendor for Lamonds drinks to get Wayfarer vocation. According to the guides you have to put a sack in an enclosure near the tavern with a beastren mask on and you get access to the vendor above. I did it without mask accidentically and was put in jail with the aggro guards. After the blight the guard outside the door was gone and the door open and the vendor lived (didn't tried out talking to him with mask).

Doesn't matter to me. Your pawn will grow to love the taste of brine. Same with pawns that have closed eyes and silent traits. That plague isn't getting me lol.

Thats exactly what they do.

Dragonsplague is a myth perpetuated by the Queen and false Lord. You don’t need to do anything special to control the so-called outbreak. Go ahead and show the false lord what’s up by letting your pawns congregate in the local businesses and taverns and sleep it off in the capitals finest inns as long as they want. Don’t let the Queens faction control your life. Make Vernworth Great Again!

Nope. in my playthrough the Plague once killed all the NPCs at a Checkpoint Rest and no one respawns.
I think this only applies to npcs from the main quest
