Does similar effects stack?

So there are rings that grant certain bonuses, such as increased aggro, but do these stack with themselves and the augment that does the same, or is it one buff only?

Was about to ask the same thing had to look it up. Seems everything does stack but some do it differently. It's confusing since skill rings increase effects but not damage yet I don't think I have ever found a Ring that enhanced a skill. Also seems like they can lower the over all bonus of the stack. Like if one ring increased casting speed by 20% the second amount from other Ring will be lower. So won't have a 40% increase but may have a 35 or 30% overall bonus with both.
