NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER not supported ?
hay i see as minimum "Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 / AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT with 8GB VRAM"

When i try to start the game using my 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER i get a messege that my graphic card is not supported and dropped back in desktop .

is that possible ? GTX 1070 was released in Q2 2016 while 2070 SUPER in Q3 2019
and overall is +13% better acording to userbenchmark comparisons whith a lot of better characteristics

What happening ? Can i pass this error ????

I use a 2070 super and the game has worked fine for me.

It says 8GB VRAM to which your card only has 4GB

are there even 4GB RTX 2070 Super graphic cards? my RTX 2070 Super has 8GB and the game runs without crashes- frames arent awesome tho

4GB VRAM, that's your issue. Learn to read befoe buying something.

uuuhh yeah I don't think there is a 4gb lmao
anyways, regardless of what card you have, update your drivers and see if it runs then

Either refund your game or buy another card. I don't understand how this game can ask for 5GB VRAM with everything at the lowest at 1080p and look like ass, especially when it's built on the same engine as Resident Evil 4, which asks for a GTX 1050 Ti with 4 GB RAM.

I guess the requirements are because of the open world, and the engine sucking on that scenario, cause Elden Ring isn't that demanding either.

Yeah, I seem to recall people with the Character Demo saying it was certain Windows builds that caused this? LTSC or something?

Is there even a 2070, super or not, that only has 4gb vram? You might have gotten some fake Chinese garbage.

No, RTX 2070 Super cards with only 4GB do not exist, period - they're all 8GB. I'd check for Windows updates as well as GPU driver updates. Might also be that you fell for a scam and got a card that was flashed with a 2070 Super BIOS but is a actually a completely different card hardware wise. Might have happened if you bought it from an unknown/unreliable source.

I just want to know if he got a bootleg card or what is going on. I'm in it for the drama, not an actual resolution in his favor.

A 4GB 2070 does not exist. They are all 8GB, both super and nonsuper. Check the system information in the Nvidia Control Panel to check the memory.
