Also prefer giant beefy men, need my male harem heheheh but I'll settle for Amazon warrior mommy if I need her
Exactly, that is the beauty of it imo .
I look for a good pawn quest first, skills don't really matter to me since you can mow down everything in your path regardless of what you choose.
But I recently learned of the Riftstone of Potential, so I may venture there and hire any high level pawns that are geared out but still sadly have yet to be hired.
I go straight to pawn details. That's where you find how useful they are, not looks. Since I never hire a pawn above my level I have to be selective.
No fatties though.
Only female humans, no exceptions.
Of the I pick the better looking one, often with the least clothing while not having ♥♥♥♥ stats
After this, pawns with 10k quests against a matching enemy (2 ogres, 2 minotaurs, etc)
After this I look at classes & skills, I often want an additional thief capable of actually stealing stuff, or a tank capable of taunting, my favorite inclination is often Simple so I won't have to loot as much
If I can't find any matching my desired criteria I'll lower the search level range, don't mind a low level pawn as long as they are useful and don't look like crap.
For example, if I'm hiring a healer, I tend to avoid people who make their pawns nothing but "Support" roles, as the Mage already has a natural heal ability, so I find it completely useless for Mages to have cure, or a defense buff. If your mage doesn't have Clerity, and doesn't have 2 DPS moves, not getting hired, and they're useless trash.
Also if your pawns have absolutely no Augments on them at all, which I see a lot of, even in the level 30's+ (which is beyond stupid), not getting hired.
Basically, just make a DPS pawn, and they're useful. The rest I got covered.
