So, after the world has gone red and everything, I cant find Ulrika anywhere. I've looked all through Harve and cant find her. Anyone know where she is, or if she might be dead?

I had her in her house in that village, but there were no special dialogues, not even proposals for evacuation

I think its implied she dies along with a lot of the other inhabitants of the early regions

Nah, I had her in the final cutscene alive and well. She evacuates with the rest of Vermund if you do the quest.
