Helmet and mask stacks?

Got the eventide mask and am able to equip it togheter with a helmet, does the stats on both stack?

Also just equip-unequip them yourself and compare your stats man :))

For the record, masks and cloaks give almost no stats. Wearing a mask or not is basically pointless outside of quest or appearance concerns.
