Better does not equal working perfectly. You can have the best pc in the whole world, and yet bluescreen every 15 minutes. Instead of thinking your money directly corelates to experience you can try debugging. Next time you bluescreen, wait a few minutes before rebooting and then go into Even Viewer, in the Windows Logs->System logs look for the the time when the bluescreen happens. The critical events close to there usually gives you a clue to what is wrong. Or you can peruse the bluescreen log that windows creates while it shows the bluescreen.

If, for example, the log indicated Direct X is the issue. Then that can point at actual hardware issues, or something wrong with the software (OS, Nvidia Driver, DirectX install, and insanely rarely since it is meant to be sandboxed; the game itself.)

I also haven't had a single crash, but the game does want to generate a crash report every time I close the game for some reason.

BSOD is very much a system problem, not an issue with the game.
