Arisen's Shadow
The guy I was supposed to meet he's gone, like completely out of the game.
First time I saw him game mentioned to follow him but the NPC pathing is so chaotic that I just gave up on this quest.

Decided to complete Elven Kingdom quests and all of them went smooth without a hitch.
Came back to try to complete "This" quest and I can't progress. Hell not even the main story, all I have left is just exploration of open world and that's it.

Did you find him somehow? I'm seemingly stuck too.

Try waiting him out in an alley with no other npcs or so, eventually he'll appear. Also try checking the morgue to see if he's dead or so

I left the game and my character on for like 3-4 hours and the day and night cycle passed like 10+ times. He's gone and my main story progression is also halted.

I try to pick up a quest and if I don't do it at that moment right away, Quest just hard-locks itself and when I come back to it I can't progress them at all.

I've completely lost motivation to play the game at this point. Exploration feels tedious without any sense of accomplishment. Just mindlessly wandering around and stumbling upon dead-ends. I see something that interests me and try to figure out how to approach the problem and find a solution. When I do have a solution and try to use mechanics that are provided by the game it just won't work. Try to get over the wall? Spend 2.5 hours transferring crates from cities to that location and building a stairs-like construction to climb over the wall but all I get is crates are just paper-weights and character just falls through them anyways. Give command to main pawn to use their skill that can throw me up high. Does not even listen and AI prioritizes showing me where to progress main quest. And at that point I've decided to just use Map Guide to just show me all the locations on the map and just try to find which of them has anything interesting. Which is none, like 85% of the locations are just fillers and at the end of the day I'm more exhausted playing this rather than working my 12h shift job.
