Warfarer?
Hey guys,
whats the deal with playing as a warfarer?

Are they as strong as all other vocations? I ask myself whats the disadvantages when being able to play two vocations at the same time.

I know that they can only use 3 skills because one slot is mostly used for a skill called „rearmable“ or something like that?

But overall I am still be able to use 6 instead of 4 skills compared to play with a „normal“ vocation?

Apart from that it feels strange to be two classes at the same time without true disadvantages in case of „role-playing“ :-)
Thanks.

You get three slots for weapon skills, and they don't change based on the weapon you have equipped at that time (as far as I know, haven't gotten it yet, but that's the consensus).

The stats are average, but the other vocations have stronger specialties. The best thing it has going for it is you get class XP for everything unlocked, so it's good for leveling vocations you don't want to play, but might want the augments for.

It's quirky, but not the powerhouse like some other classes.

They are good for when you want a certain skill combo from different class or when you just want to be able to swap to staff to use Levitate for exploration but still want to play a non-spellcaster.

And your post is wrong, you don't get 6 skill, you only get 4 like everyone else, 3 if you intend to use rearm skill and you lose access to other class maister skills.

I use this in dragon fights. Magic Archer as main. But if he causes trouble, areas that you can't always avoid, then shield from the spear.

Role playing is such a thing. If I have to throw my Pawn off the cliff to heal him after building affection, that's just bad design.

Since they can use everything and technically have 6 skills instead of 4, they are pretty OP.

They aren't very op, they don't have access to the mythical abilities your basic classes can get and are limited to the regular versions of any ability. And you only have 3 weapon abilities to use because your 4th is dedicated to changing out your weapons on the fly.

Sure you can make some nice combos, but I couldn't help but feel like I was playing 3-4 neutered vocations rather than 1 really powerful one. Wayfarer is good for leveling other vocations because its exp bleeds over into the others if they're not leveled.

Warfarer giving access to Magic Bows for any melee class is pretty stupid powerful in an of itself

It's definitely good, but it's not good inna fun way, you just optimize the fun out of the class system

Thanks a lot for your enlightenment. There are do many equal posts that this should be clear. :-)

With warfare you need to aim for synergy, like Flare from sorc + frosthunter bolt from magick archer, or flare+the jumpy spinnning attack from rogue if you fancy melee. Must have more synergies, but flare is stupid strong right now with a class that can do multiple hits in short space of time

Basically you can hit kill everything with this combo

The only use Id have for warfarer is equipping a long range weapon for a melee character, but 4 skills for a dedicated class is already too little. It'd be much better if the class could equip more skills

You can equip 6 skills.

3 from one class, 3 from a 2nd class. 3 + 3 = 6.

It also lets you combine archer and mage into the ultimate exploration class. Mage's Levitate + Archer's shooting locked doors from the other side.

People need to stop going for "MOST OP VOCATION" before everyone is thief with feint and explosion combo.

Excuse my dumbness, but how do you equip 6 skills on Warfarer?
As Im aware you have 4 slots as the same as other classes, how do you access the 2nd skill slots to equip more than 4 skills?
