They broke something somehow worse now I was only having bad fps in the city before.
'Stablised fps in all areas for a smoother gaming experience™'
instead of 70 down to 40 you just get 40 all round, success!
Its not even a case where I run it at 30 fps, the game can do 60, i was doing it yesterday, just after this update i'm suddenly at 30.
Thankfully i just downloaded PureDark's DLSS FG mod, and all my issues fixed so yeah, stable like 100 fps with the FG on it
still the same bad performance. cam-rotation in city is a stutter horror
FSR3 still the same bad blurry image on high quality
This game is a technical mess...
DLSS looks no better either, I normally use DLSS to save on energy, but in this game it seems impossible to use, it did get better but not to the point that is okay to use over TAA.
They likely broke something again in the name of 'performance'. I can't be sure if its even intentional because what the heck are they testing their patched builds on? Super Computers?
Which result in a FPS cap
