Nadinia + Menella + Corals Snakes & the Ancient Battleground Connection (spoilers)
If you pay attention it seems there is the bandit camp was moved from Battahl to the Ancient Battlegrounds according to one of the Coral Snakes members that resides in the gaol in Bakbattahl.

I have searched high and low for an entrance and have yet to find it.

Is this mention of the bandit hideout NEAR or IN the ancient battleground?
Does the player need to progress a quest to initiate the instance for the bandit camp in ancient battlegrounds?

Why bandits would set up camp in an area that is easy to soft lock into being a permanent undead/drake hang out is beyond me. Most likely there are a lot more quests tying into your ask than you think.

They move there when a certain of the certain quest is activated.
