endgame "gameplay" question
I heard people say that you shall never sleep at inn or at camp in the endgame, because it will destroy the world around you, and there is time limit. This scare me. How will I farm endgame gear? upgrade? and how will I recover my grey HP bar?
Since every fighting make my max HP become shorter and shorter.

-Is there any good recovery way during that endgame?
-Will there be a point where time stop count down and let you farming upgrade as much as you want before final boss?

True ending you mean? You can still rest at Inns but cant camp anymore. This will progress time however. And when youre done with it - you will be thrown into new game +. So far as i can tell no farming really, like the Everfall in DD1.

I'm on NG-. I'm only (only) level 70 so no point in farming gear really. I just upgrade the stuff I have 2-3 times and move forward. We don't know about the best gear yet I presume so until we do, no dragon blood upgrades going on anything

Endgame is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. It only saves per day. You can play for hours and then die due to stupid buggy crap then have to redo everything. Just happened to me. I have to redo hours of play.

the thing they don't mention is that the game throws ferrystones at you so you port around. i was able to complete everything without sleeping at all, and you see the timers wear off (the different towns get nuked) it took like 4 or 5 rests for the first and then 2 or 3 after each town got nuked for the next one to get nuked.

in other words plenty of time

the good recovery way is wakestones

there is no final boss, it's all optional

you could literally trigger the endgame and do nothing and it will end, you will just miss out on exp, some loot, and achieves.

i spend zero and have a few hundred. there's no reason not to upgrade your characters gear fully each cycle, whatever you're wearing, the cost doesn't increase or anything.

you have 7 days, if you fail it resets to day 1

There are WAY more things you can do with WLC than just upgrade your gear in NG+ - at dragon shrine spot near battal, like make skills cost only half stamina, or gain blessing for a day, or boost your stat gain on level up ....... even reset enchantments on items. Worth to keep the WLC just for that.

Would it still reset to day 1 if I save at inn?

Plenty of time as in I can rest?
Even if our character is possible to full heal by wakestone. our main pawn cannot.
Tahu! Mar 28, 2024 @ 4:25am
Whenever you revive a pawn on the ground, they revive with the current percentage of health you currently have. There's no reason to use a wakestone if you have a large grey health bar, because even if you get clobbered to 0 health, you can still use healing items for a couple seconds to prevent death. By the end of the game, you will have more than enough wakestones to revive, and there are extra potions you can find that completely heal all of your health.

Camping to cook food will also make you stronger, and your grey health bar won't deplete nearly as quickly from taking damage, and it takes zero time to cook.

Just got the true ending. This is a very crafted game, playing as you want/can gives you the story and experience as the authors wanted. I consider myself bad at games and I was able to rest as often as I needed to (typically before each of the major fights) edit: I was under the impression I had 12 days/rests before the world would be destroyed

Important: as far as I know if you clear all the bosses marked by red and leave the very last one that pops up the time limit is removed and you could farm for as long as you want to and then go back to end the game when you are ready

Edit edit: spend spend those fairystones, make use of a waystone at the boss arena then tping to inn to save then tping back to boss

Big ass tip for the end game zone, clear the big swirly red bits. Every pillar of red light you destroy 100% halts the progress of the fog in that direction. I was able to merrily wander about killing bosses and collecting resources to upgrade most of the end game equipment.

do all red portals, but DONT DO the last that spawn at sea shrine, and save the people, after that you can sleep at sea shrine and the smoke will not progress. Before that count on that allheal potions that you got, it heals gray bar
