I hired more player from the riftstone of potential. Almost all of them, if female, dressed normal and don’t show much skin and had mostly a normal stature. So there seems truly a pattern. I checked some skills(mage) of them (because I play support) and even here enough of them had the default to-go support skills.
Their base heal is enough. bring some damage and the unlimited stamina meister skill, cowards!
Good to know! I hire too only DD mage, because I play support. I only read here and on reddit that people rather take *support* mages. I never had the feeling that a DD mage was bad, I like to have DD-mage and sorcerer in my party, but I am not a person which go for the best setup.
I don’t think that most people care about these things on low level (0-20) pawns. But it’s for sure a good tip if you pawns get higher.
I fand enough pawns in the rift of potential, which the master clearly takes his time to equip them with a good set of skills/augments/gear and they still got never hired. Humans are just simply; we like to look on pretty things at least the most player.
The other problem is the dragonsplague, this mechanic just made it worser. People are addition now paranoid that a hired pawn nuke their cities.
People need Rift Crystals.
I am not hiring a damage dealer mage.
I am not hiring a pawn that has almost nothing in skills equipped.
Have seen loads of level 1 vocation pawns in the 6-12 level range last night.
By then you should have figured out that your pawn needs to have at least 3 skills.
Or how about u der equipped pawns?
Like seriously you thought man I'm going to change my pawn vocation an then just go rest aka update my pawn at the inn?
People realize that the only reason to rest at inn is so that the pawn updates it's class, skills, and equipment? Nope, no people don't know that about inn.
At low levels, most the pawns I saw last night were fighters and damage dealer pawns. Sub optimal setups and a dose of it's my pawn so I give them the trash gear.
You want your pawn to get hired?
Put the best skill set on the pawn for the role the community expects. Put the best gear on the pawn you have, if it's early level gear, those upgrades on early stuff is dirt cheap. THEN you rest at inn.
If after resting at inn you want to put your mage back to DPS mage, fine but don't check into inn and expect me to hire your pawn because you put suboptimal stuff on there.
