well if you have a GTX 4000 series card you can get the frame gen unlocker .dll and that boost it significantly

ok well i recommend you get the frame gen unlocker at the moment its not turned on by default ?!?!?!?!? yet its in the system menu option in game files, i had a 20fps increase instantly in all areas once installed and turned on
There's a small mod that adds a registry to your cpu process to make DD2 a high priority every time you boot it up. I've seen an increase of 15FPS since I've done this.
I'm also getting 85-90fps in town. There's a mod that fixes how RTX is utilized, and the game runs like butter since I've done these things.
