like my card is fully okay for the game based on information of at least minimal requirements

like what can be the problem exactly and how can be solved possibly?

Not sure if you're in the same case than me but I had the same error than you (but with another card) and I've just fixed it a few minutes ago : My version of Windows 10 was not up to date : Strangely, I thought it was because I was still receiving updates from time to time but it was only security updates and/or drivers updates but not OS updates so my version was 'stuck' in an old version 1809 (build 17763) and for some reason I could upgrade it, not even in Windows 11. Desperate to play, and after having tried everything else, I've decided to do a fresh reinstallation of Windows 10, which then updated to the latest available, and now I'm able to launch DD2 without the "Unsupported graphic card" error ! So you should check your Windows version because if you don't have the latest the OS is missing some new DirectX12 feature or something that DD2 absolutly needs.
