Hello guys. i was running near the rift stone there and then an NPC called Bernall came and said something like ''Tonight, the tavern, the usual place.''

i went to the inn, and to the ''tavern'' where Brant is. but nothing happened. any help? thank you

im sorry in advance if i was blind to something.

This is a guy that basically says the captain wants to talk to you.
