How do you get a specific specialization?

So I had thought I was unlocking specializations and would be able to change them freely. In actuality, each of the specialization scrolls is a one time use consumable that changes your pawn's specialization once.

I know the elven language one comes from elves (obviously), but does anyone know what demographic gives out the others?

I got the Chirugeon scroll from doing the quest with the little girl hanging outside the Melve shop. (She gifts it to you later when you see her at the capital)

I got the Logistician scroll from the priest in the slums after doing his quests. He gifted it to me in town shortly after.

Those are the only two I've gotten so far. But google can tell you how to get the rest. Not sure if its possible to get multiple.

Kendrick popped his head into the door of my house looking like Jack from the Shining to give me the Logistican one. Scared the heck out of me.
