As for the "first teleport stone" it's your first "seekers token" and that can easily be found as you likely found one near the beginning area. You can also use the interactive map guide to find locations so you can run around and find where they were.
After your first encounter whether you fight her or complete the first 5 riddles she relocates to another temple for the next 5 riddles.

You can also bring the man to the pot, grab the man and use a ferrystone to teleport to the Sphinx and the pot.

Or you can be smart about this and bring the quest npc to the vase instead of the other way around.
All of her riddles seem weird at first but have a really simple and logical sulution to them.
