The reason people are aprehensive is because marketing footage shows a framerate that tanks during busy scenes (a problem seen in part 1). That includes the IGN footage and trailers.

It's been confirmed uncapped for a while now, so people need to stop using the same strawman to defeat "it's capped to 30fps" then make entire articles around that. Like they just debunked something big. Classic "Motte-and-bailey" technique that will used right past release.
