Depends what you mean by best rpg, I didn't even played this game yet obviously but I guarantee with almost certainty that this game story/npcs won't be even close to as good as bg3 or Witcher 3.

This game like the first one will be carried by the combat, and now it looks like theyre polishing the exploration aspect of the game, so it's really more comparable to an Elden Ring and monster hunter fusion.

All pure RPGs are garbage games.
Baldur's Gate 3 is a garbage game and provides an inferior experience compared to the board game it was inspired by.

I would gladly pay 100 euros for Dragon's Dogma 2, but I wouldn't even "play" the garbage game Baldur's Gate 3 if I got it for free.

You shouldn't buy Dragon's Dogma 2 at all, because you are not the target audience for the game, you do not belong, go away.

Elden Ring is a decent game, designed to appeal to the casual masses. Elden Ring is also the worst Souls game, because an open-world fundamentally dilutes the Souls formula.

Elden Ring is far superior to the absolute garbage game that is Baldur's Gate 3.

I think all these people are liars. How do poor people own a gaming PC, especially ones that can play the newest games.

These people sound like the ones that want you to pay off their student loans/debts and laugh behind your backs about it.
