Thief Maister Skill

So i started playing on launch day, and i was unaware until later that the Maister skills are the ya know, big bad weapon skill, i at the time sold my Theif Legend opus scroll, is there a way for me to get it back in NG+ i completed the quest like before but i didnt get it this time.......

Does anyone know a way to get it back? or am i bricked.

It might be in the scrap store in the checkpoint rest town. Most unique items you sell will appear there if you want to rebuy them.

"Check Point Rest Town" is actual town.
There is a pawn broker that should have the item but be warned, it's going to cost you.
