What does the RED WING ICON mean??

One at the oracle, ones by the blacksmith, and ones in the middle of nowhere I went to them and didn't see any thing unique there.

From what I surmise, it just marks the location 3 of the hidden vocation masters in case you have yet to find them.

But what about the wayfarer, there is no marker for him and there is one for trickster which i already got the special skill of aswell

I only saw it showing up very late in the game, why tho? Now in a new playthrough, its not there, even tho I've met Sigurd already, he's not marked like in my previous game

bakbatal oracle gives you the maister locations. you can hover over them to see the names and its very clearly maisters.
