Drake respawn?

Do the Drakes Respawn in this game? and if so how many days passed to make them respawn?

They certainly respawn, at least I met new drakes in places I already killed one after some time. No idea how long it takes tho.

people say 7 days which i can agree with for most mobs/Core NPC's, bosses like Medusa can take upto 14 days

I don't think so. I just rested like 20 days and made my route to get some more wyrmblood, but i encountered none of the dragons.

If you save and quit after resting that long should respawn them

Drakes respawn,, but they may not always be at the same place. For. e.g. the drake in ancient battlegrounds.

I don't think so, it's probably been around 100 days of playing, not spamming rest I mean, and when I came back to the battlegrounds, or the one guarding the secret path to the dragon forge, I don't see them.

The one next to Harve village is still there because I haven't gotten around to killing it, but the rest haven't respawned for me, again, over 100 days

Other than the one at Harve village, I haven't seen any more drakes in the entirety of Vermund. Also, the chimaera in the secret path to Battahl to the west of the checkpoint doesn't seem to respawn either.

Maybe some monsters don't respawn in Vermund? I've explored the entirety of Vermund before moving on to Battahl, so I've yet to try respawning them in Battahl

Some drakes are only scripted to appear once in their respective locations, this includes the ancient battlefield and I believe the one on a little island in the middle of the map, others do respawn however, if you got to the wyrm tower for example, a drake will always spawn there every few days from my experience after you kill the dragon there.

There is also random drakes that spawn in the batthal wilderness, I've killed those about 4 times now.

Try to explore the SW portion of the desert region. She's in one of the cave which is also very near the other dungeon that gives you really good weapon. Before you even reach, there's an NPC near a bridge to warn you. Then you will start seeing petrified objects around the area.

It's in Battahl in a cave on the same path and area where you get the M.Spear meister skill.
The Oracle tells you the location of this area when you reach the section of the story where you need to get Wyrmlife Crystals.

Drakes do respawn, I've fought and killed the drake outside of Harve Village 3 times now. I just don't know how long it takes.
Edit: I rested on a bench in Harve Village for 7 days, saved, quit, and reloaded and the Drake just outside Harve and the one just across the bridge to the northwest of that one both respawned.

All of them respawn and some bosses have extra appearances when you prowl at night.

Want to fight big lizards: No respawns for multiple in game weeks, or they flee from you killing several large monsters trying to get between you then seemingly despawn while calling you a coward with their psychic powers. People talk ♥♥♥♥ about you 'farming' when you have only been to ancient battlegrounds literally once.

Don't want to fight a big lizard: Have a nice sleep in your house? TIME TO SPAWN A DRAGON ON TOP OF THE VERNSWORTH OX CART STATION

They respawn, but only on certain spots. On some (like ancient battlefield) they do not.
