I love DD1. This game is impressive in many ways. i have not seen such a good open world as this game. It has its flaws for sure, but honestly the hate this game gets is either untrue or just a matter of personal preference. ignore the haters, enjoy it for what good it does have. Devs will get to fixing the performance eventually. Until then I'll be maxing out each Vocation, especially the new ones. I won't rest until myself and my pawn are level infinity (200). I have heard good stuff about post game/NG++ too.
And the ones complaining about fast travel etc. have never played DD1 before Dark Arisen and it shows. You literally have fast travel from the start in this game. I have never needed more Ferrystones than i have, and you get portcrystals very easily later on.
Agreed 👏🏻👏🏻
Some of them are better, like camping, but most of them are poor quality of life such Stamina. Stamina shouldn't decrease outside of combat. More annoying than fun.
Oxcart is a joke. If it really existed, it would definitely be a bankrupt business.
The chance of fast traveling without being randomly attacked is very slim.
If attacked, most carts will be destroyed, ox will die, Sorcerer in your team can destroy carts.
If you're unlucky, Cyclop or something big dies blocking your carts path. oxcart will not be able to continue.
I'm not talking about the performance which is absolutely terrible.
asmon is entertainment.
Asmon's transmog contests for world of warcraft was great content and one of those episodes got 2 million views on youtube. Also was great fyi for wow nerds building up their transmog set cause the item would be discussed in detail name/drop, etc. Builds the community up too.
Youtube comments are typically like Steam full of bait troll mouth breathers. Not in those uploads. Youtube posts are very much positive. Win win for the gaming community. Good work Asmon!
