Best Pawn Party?

Hey all just got my Mystic Spearhand Vocation after maxing out the fighter. Which pawn vocations would be the most optimal in my Party

Depends 100% on your playstyle and how you play and what you play. Pawns are meant to complement your play style so there is no "best party".

I was wondering, my main pawn is a mage, how would he fare if he became a sorcerer

You can freely swap vocations as you please so its not like its hard to try. Though you should keepin mind that sorcerers need to have a tank in the group that can draw / hold the monsters while casting so they dont all come after you.

Actually I was talking about making my main pawn a sorcerer haha

I am also testing out the Mystic Spearhand right now. My current party is Archer, Mage and Fighter. Fighter to tank and hopefully draw aggro, Mage because heals are always appreciated alongside buffs and straight up magick damage, and Archer because that's my main pawn, but I feel like it doesn't really matter as as long as it's something that's dealing consistent damage.

You can safely bring full melee because at your vocation rank 4, you gain an AOE barrier spell that will work for nearby pawn. If you bring range attackers, they might not get the barrier if they stand too far away from Arisen. I would avoid fighter though because with that barrier, you would not need an aggro tank.
