I was upset when I saw that was one of the riddles :( How are we supposed to remember that???
For the seeker token one, pull up a map online and go through the tokens one by one starting at Melve. Not a great solution, but the game sucks ass anyhow, so might as well cheese it.
That said, yeah, I'm screwed on the token one, I went scouring for where I could have found my first token, even using online maps to see where token are and checking all the spots I thought were relevant. Couldn't find it.
Don't panic! You don't have to finish the seeker token one! Let it run out of time, then continue the other ones. I mean you can successfully finish the sphinx quest line without completing the token quest.
Thank for letting us know about this. You get 3 ferry stones from it at least but I'm wondering if it's possible to unlock an eternal ferrystone at some point.
Then it's Glyndwr. And if you didn't, do his quest because it'll auto max him out easily.
I found him outside the main towns weapon smith (I was a archer, this might have mattered.) [spoiler}Gift him a human bow. He'll appreciate it. Disappear. You'll find him in that same exact spot again later where he'll ask your assistance in understanding how it works and invite you out for target practice. Shoot a target, he gets excited, and he can go do the rest of his quest and take his archery test.
Meet him again, same spot, a third time. He invites you to the Arbor sanctuary where the elves are and when you arrive with him in tow he can't take that test he has been mentioning from the get go because the people in charge are out trying to save his sister from a Ogre. Head to the Ogre's den and he'll distract the Ogre and you need to carry the sister outside.
Afterwards they have a little heartfelt moment with the Dad and (I think) after you speak with the Dad and Glyndwr again he's confirmed maxed.[/spoiler]
I can confirm that the max affinity people blush- Glyndwr showed up at my purchased dwelling blushing and inviting me to a 'jaunt'. We ran 9 miles. But that's besides the point.
Wait you said you got through both endings. If you did the post game for the 2nd ending then youd have unlimited amount of ferrystones. What did you do in the post game?
I agree its kind of a silly mechanic, but should be easy to look out for. The game does tell you about dragonsplague when you run into it the first time. If that happens, toss every pawn into the brine and resummon to be sure its cured.
Your pawns have a likelyhood of catching it if they fight the drake or dragons--or come into contact with someone's pawn who has. Just keep an eye out.
Seeker tokens are out of the way; I remembered where I found my first one exactly because I had to go out of my way to get it, and was rewarded with a random shiny token.
