So about golden bugs...

i threw golden bugs or sell it, because I thought that they gave a temporary effect of increased weight. Don't tell me this is a permanent effect? And most importantly, if I sell them or throw them away, I can't get them back, right? I was very inattentive...

Using one permanently increases the weight you can carry. Read the tool tip in your inventory.

Permanent, but I'm pretty sure they respawn. I swear I've backtracked places and still found them. In the meantime, if you haven't already, Fighter Rank... 5 or 6 has a weight increase trait. Those can be used across vocations, if you didn't know :)

don't worry to much, I think those golden bugs respawn. I found 3 golden bugs on the same tree over the course of my game. and also with how big the world is, there should be plenty more out there

Do you have the augment from Fighter Rank 6? It helps a ton (no pun intended lol), and I find that while there are more useful augments, there aren't *that* many. Gives you 10KG, so about 50 bugs worth!

Edit: Also great for the pawn ;)
