NPC with Quest dead - What now?

So, I was traveling to Village Harve when I got a Mission to kill some Lizard (I had 15 HP, wasnt able to heal and wasnt even able to decline the Quest)

Well, after like 6 Deaths I was able to complete the Quest and it told me to go to the NPC. Well, that NPC died and I cant revive him. What now?

EDIT: I tried to load up my latest save but something got messed up and I lost like 3 Hours of Progress. But now I know whats about to happen. But does someone know what to do if you loose an important NPC?

You can resurrect NPC´s at the morgue of the area. If he died in Harve, he should be in Vernworth Morgue. It cost 5000 gold and a wakestone.

NPCs can be be revived by using Wakestones. Never tried picking them up and carrying them to a morgue. I don't think Harve even has one. But find or buy a wakestone, revive the NPC and your are golden.

Wakestone, you should have had a tutorial on how they work when you get one lmao. if the npc isnt where it died, i think itll go to the morgue in the city

I haven't found a wake stone, I think. Thanks for the help! Now I know what to do if he should die again
