So I lost hours of progress to a bug, any idea how to get back my old quicksave ?

So, after a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ I reloaded my last hard save which was supposed to be a rest I did a couple minutes ago.
Except that the game apparently didn't save any of my long rest since the end of Act 1, I went from lvl 25 to 16, and now I can't reload my latest quicksave.
I had a lot of stuff done between those levels and really don't want to redo it all over again, any idea how I can get back that save and prevent that bug ?

sounds like a problem on your end, never had any problem with manual saves or inn saves

Maybe own it first before commenting.

FFS steam needs to implement rules of ownership for games and forums.

Still, he is right. Paying 65€ for such a save system is mind-boggling.

nope sadly. The game has a single primary save. You have the choice of loading your last save or last rest at the inn. whichever you choose becomes the primary save, no separate manual save/ quick saves. All an oversight to enforce their game design shaped around the microtransactions, just like the shoddy drm it only punishes legitimate players.

I did though, at least a couple times. Most of my rests were through camps (Which are the better way since you get buffs from food) but i'm 100% sure I rested a couple times at inns.

The system is pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ anyway, at least show a preview of your save state (Level, location) or something before allowing players to potentially screw up hours of gameplay
