There are some that are incredibly well made as well
not that this is the main point, although to some folks it is, but for me, i got a mod that adds sex scenes for FO4, i had to go to loverslab, but the mod in question had another gameplay aspect that i wanted in my game besides the sex scene, the mod allowed my player to have children or other NPC's the same option, it also allowed the player to save people who have been turned into sex slaves or torture victims via one of the various raider factions in the game, these NPC's show up randomly in these locations and you kill the bad guys to save the NPC and make them settlers at your settlements, so you could still role play a good guy liberator kind of character, but the mod also allows the option to be the bad guy as well.
it's the idea of having multiple choices without restrictions to the player that people love about this idea, when games restrict things to be more PC is where they seem limited, not that the sex scenes in these games are all that well done, witcher 3 comes to mind, but it does a good enough job, but it's also not the main reason someone plays a game either well typically, it's just a nice bonus that exists in game.
why did people make such a big deal seeing nudity in cyberpunk? and want a character creator for a game that almost never allows the player to see their face except in a mirror in their apartment, there was no cutscene in the 3rd person for this game it was all straight up in the 1st person, so it made these choices meaningless ultimately because you never see your face you spent so much time on in the beginning of the game crafting, i have no idea if they changed this aspect since i last played, it's been a while.
point is, people love choices that aren't restricted and we also love immersion, but when immersion gets in the way of choice and restricts things, it makes the overall appeal less appealing in the end.
nobody would want to play that game, they might as well go bankrupt for making such a dumb game lol.
You could try game called "The Brew Barons", IT's nice game, basic you flying aircraft with watergun and water bomb fighting pirate that had real ammo but somehow you won the day (well, final boss pirate seem hard for some people)
Try it, it's fun game.
to me personally that sounds like Mario, ya know, video games meant for kids, not really adults, but if they did something like this with all adult games, it could end the industry.
