Any ideas if "House of the Blue Sunbright" is prone to bugging out? Can't find "him" near Melve
Got tasked with finding Sebastian near Melve. So I took an ox cart, and when I got there I killed the bandits and explored around the radius until night time, he's nowhere to be found.
