Mystic spearhand ultimate attack ?

How do I get that ? the guid I found just says go talk to sigurd but he doesen't do or give me anything, I don't know how to start the quest for that attack etc.

you get a quest eventually, it takes some time, i got mine when i had to go drake hunting

You can get it in 2 ways:

When you first meet Sigurd in Melve the dragon can be killed if you use the ballista. You can learn mystic spearhand from him and he'll also give you the skill.

If you missed that, later in the game you'll eventually have to go give someone Wyrmsblood crystals. Go to the oracle even if you have enough and ask for the dragon, she'll point you to an area in the s outh of the map where you'll find the Melve dragon. Sigurd will be there too and will ask to come kill it with you. Kill it alongside sigurd, after the fight is over he'll give you Wild Furie.

I got it early by killing the dragon that was attacking the town by using the ballista, it also drops a really good duo spear as well.

Unlocked the class by running across him at Dragonsbreath castle remnants. Fought and killed the red dragon there.

Met him in town and he wanted to travel to Harve as a "jount" escort quest. I failed the quest b/c AI is pretty retarded when it comes to terrain navigation. He bugged himself out or fell in some water, not sure which.

Map states he is in the east cottage in Harve? When there and he is nowhere to be found. Tried "nodding off" on benches for a few in-game days and still not present.

Any tips?

I take it you're speaking of "Dragon's Breath" the dilapidated tower where he helps fight the red Drake?
That was actually my first encounter with him (I never spoke with him in Harve). I think it was prior to the entering the tower he unlocked the class, but I'm not sure how to unlock the ult ability.

When you help him there to kill the drake he should give you the roll for the ability, thats actually the quest you have to do for the ult, atleast thats what I've been told alot

Okay, I'm back to confirm. Here is how it went in my playthrough...

1) Never met Sigurd prior to Dragonsbreath castle.
2) First met at Dragonsbreath and he either unlocked Mystic Spearhand before or after the fight I don't remember which.
3) Escort quest in Bakbattahl, he died by falling into water.
4) Revived him in Vernworth morgue.
5) Confirmed he was now at his house in Harve village. He's being emo and wants to be left alone for now.
6) After doing 2 of the other escort quests for the Wayfarer & Mystic Archer, he reappeared in Bakbattahl.
7) Started the escort quest. I took the Oxcart to Rest Town.
8) Walked the rest of the way to his escort marker destination.
9) Went back to Harve to see if this had changed anything...IT DID! He was standing outside his house and gave me the ultimate technique for Mystic Spearhand.

Okay for me I never had to do any escort quest at all, after I did dragonsbreath castle he teleported back to his house an there he instant gave me the scroll.... normally the whole escort stuff shoudln't be needed for the whole ultimate skill, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this games quest design is as weird as the first game

I never got a quest for it, when i went to harve there was no dragon, i just went in his house talked to him and he gave me mystic spearhand. I just beat the dragon at dragons breath castle and can't find sigurd anywhere to get the ultimate.

He diedd for me I beat the dragon and everything but he still hasn’t give me the scroll even tho I revived him I went back to fight the dragon again but this time it was a drake I don’t know what to do now. Is the mission bugged. Cuz Sigurd just fell to his death before even facing the dragon. The dumbass npcs

Edit. Basically you revive him at the thingy place then go back to him in harve village interact but don’t spam and just look at your controls on screen and click on give gift. You should give the wyvernite crystal or any crystal that drops from killing the dragon and he’ll give you the scroll. It’s that simple.
