[FIX] REAL Fix for GPU problems - DLSS, Framegen, etc..

I've done the first step and the second step of this mod.

Running DLAA on 4K resolution, DLSS quality, no crash, no stutter, no more ghosting, no more bad AA, better scaling, no fps loss, less blur.

IG Settings used : Everything maxed out except shadow to " high ", RTX ON, (using G-SYNC Monitor) Vsync Off, Max Framerate 60 fps.

Spec.used : 3080 Founder, 12900KF

Notes : should also works on 2000/4000 series cards.

downside is you get major UI flickering which bothered me more then the stuttering lol

Yep, this is because the game doesn't officially support frame generation at the moment and the UI is on a different layer. Which causes the UI to freak out.

Still, if you want 60+ FPS in cities this is really your only option at the moment.

You can turn it off when out of town.
