Fighter maister skill (riotous fury), is it missable? (spoiler)

So I just found out that in order to get this skill, I need to trigger the dragon attack at Melve & finish Lennart/Ulrika quest. I think I'm already progressed too far in the game, & I'm unable to trigger the dragon attack event, I guess this is missable?

Try giving him gifts. I got his skill early after giving him presents.

I tried the giving gifts thing and waiting and it didn't do anything. Went ahead and finished ulrika quest where she asks you to visit her after dark and got it from him the next day. Though you may have to finish both her quest and give gifts to receive it.

There's a a similar situation with the sorcerer ultimate in the boarder town. Had to give him gifts to receive the scroll

i just found lennart after doing the quest where he leaves the starter village he moved to Harve village found him where the docks start. he didnt give me the skill at first i had to max his affection level or what ever then he gave the maister skill

the problem is, I missed the quest :/, he's always in Melve in my game, never leave.
Unless there's an another way we have yet to find?

if you need the maister skill from him i believe just maxing out his affection then talkin to em gets it thats how i got mine best to google how to level affection i think its once a day thing in game
