Main quest issues (big spoilers)
so I just finished up the godsbane scene with the big red dragon and was sent down to the seafloor shrine for "halls of the first dawn" to talk to rothais but he will not say a word when i go up to interact with him whatsoever, is my playthrough bricked ? should I just send it to ng+ like this ?

to add all I did was save my pawn before talking to him, restarting and sleeping didnt do anything :/

I'm having the exact same bug, where attempting to talk to him just doesn't do anything. I also retrieved my Main Pawn from Lord Phaesus and this does not seem to have resolved the issue, as nothing happens when I attempt to hail him.
