Any alternative ways to get the Chirurgeon's Tome?

I am struggling. My mistake was that I replaced the Chirurgeon specialization on my pawn and literally could not find any info about how to get the new tome. I see posts with 'There are many NPCs that can give it to you', but any specific info.

Did someone figure it out? Any confirmed alternative NPCs with it? Not only quest with the girl?

The girl you give the fruit salve to next to the apothecary in the first village gave me one as a gift when I got to the capital.

The game is still too new to be 100% sure of everything. So much of this game is dynamic and semi-random as part of the world simulation that it's just going to take a while of people playing the game and seeing what random stuff happens at them and writing it all down.

Similar issue with me but in my case the NPC that was meant to hand over the tome after the quest decided not to cuz yeah. Even hang around where they are in hopes they'd eventually run to me and give it as some people said could happen but nope. Read around and supposedly there are merchants that sell the tome but ofc there's no info on who are these merchants or where they're located.

Yep, that is why I ask 'alternative' way, because the quest with the girl is the first one.

Another way is to have another Arisen give you a specialization tome as a gift. Otherwise, It seems you can only get 1 of each kind of tome per playthrough. I have an extra tome to spare, so add me and i'll give you one. I kinda knew what I was doing, because I didn't waste mine casually and waited for my pawn to get the Woodman's Woodsmith Specialization tome.

Any1 willing to workout a deal to trade for Chirurgeon's Tome? I learned mine before knowing i had to have pawn close by to learn tome. I had no idea. Let me know. Would greatly appreciate. Thanks

Started NG+, did the quest, the npc gave me the tome and guess what? Not in my inventory. Checked storage, nothing. The game's bugged plain and simple. So annoying.

Wow that's nuts. So maybe i lost the items also? I didn't know if i learned them and didn't have pawn close enough to learn or if game deleted them from inventory like what happened to you. Man that sucks sorry to hear. They are making some updates to game here and added some new patches,hopefully this is one of them!

I also received it from a woman at the brothel after a few gifts and a few nights spent "maxing" affinity...

So, it could be that different NPCs provide the scrolls when you max out their affection

I just got it. Gave her flowers. You got to do two or three times, but have to pass time in between. I think on the third day I got the to e.

I tested this and was able to get the scroll from Jessika after giving her flowers, buying her service once, and giving flowers again.

Recent reports are that you need a rest between level gains of affinity.

just get the mod from nexus , merchant sells it all in ver afterwards.

I tested this and can confirm it works.
Use the Brothel 3 times (I used the same courtesan) they will give you the Chirurgeon's tome if you speak to them afterwards.

How much value is elvish to you? I sort of don't get it since the elf town is just one area you'll move on from whereas others apply on the whole game. It is really cool though that it is a thing.

i already compete quest from the girl i give the fruit but i didnt got Chirurgeon's Tome at capital too. maybe it's late and it's been too long times because i try after i reach last zome map.

But i got Chirurgeon's Tome from Vergil after complete Sphinx Quest. I saw that the NPC was about to return, so I gave it a Ferrystone, then the NPC gave a Chirurgeon's Tome as a reward. But it probably comes from affection

So Im trying to search google if there's alternative way, so I found this topic and came to answer.
