Enemies as far as I have noticed, dont really scale with you, other than some have really high armor that makes you have to target weak points.
The character level and your gear is what matters.

The big lizards with spears. I thing the tail is their weakness but if I don't, I need a lot of skills to defeat them.
That's the point but suddenly, my random pawn goes and instakill them with just one skill... I don't understand anything.
Yes, warriors simply, but I don't what they do exactly. Maybe you are right... how can I focus on the weak parts being sorcerer? On big bosses there is a circle to aim but in the normal ones there is only one option.
