When a pawn offers to show me to a chest or riftstone etc how do I accept?

I can't seem to accept offers from pawns to help me find items they offer to take me to. I've tried using "Go!" but that only seems to work when they offer to lead me to a quest location. Any tips?

Press the GO key (the "1" key on the keyboard). Ah misread. It seems to work for me. Make sure you press GO around the NPC in question. I never have a problem with them doing it so I don't know what to tell you.

I don't know if they will or not but you can see them on the map easy enough.

They point in the general direction tmk. Go might work though, never tried it.

the Go! command only works if you don't move and let your pawn take the lead first and follow him. If you hit go! and imediately wander off, the pawn will go back to following you.

My pawns lead me off fatal cliffsides looking for a chunk of aged meat in a chest. They hop up and down and run ahead careening down cliffsides to the lowest quality chests with the crappies loot in question. Even if they do not kill me it is sure to have derailed my whole canvassing strategy for exploring the wilds.
