Is there only two gender options?

I want this game to have some diversity, and I want to feel like im apart of this community but not when there is only two genders. I want my character to feel just like me, id like to feel included. Also if we can get some LGBTQIA+ cosmetics would be really ideal.

Technically only 1, or even 0 genders. You are either masculine or feminine. No men or women exist in the game.

Just take that to The Sims 4 forum. You can make your own custom gender in that game from pronouns to whether your character sits or stands to pee.

this game has no "gender" options, it hast the option for a "masculine" body and a "feminine" body. Also you can use a "feminine" voice on a "masculine" body and vice versa. what more do you need?

I want to be able to have a character that represents me as an the individual minority I am, expressing yourself through videos is stimulating, and being able to do this in a beautiful open world rpg such as Dragons Dogma 2 would make the game much more appealing to me.
