Empress Nadinia

I failed the Quest to save Empress Nadinia. Everyone says she died and how tragic it is. But now next to the Morgue in Bakbattahl an NPC called Nadinia appeared that looks like her and talks about affairs regarding the Palace. Is this supposed to happen or a Bug?

Could be a bug but idk. i managed to save her personally. i do know that some npcs depending on how they died or how long ago they have been dead you can ressurect them in the morgue using a wake stone. Had to do that with Fulvio for a Sculpture quest xD

jea i also failed it because is hit the wrong person and she was killed revived her and she was gone my luck was it that i sleept at an inn before i did the quest so i could restart and capture the right guy.

I failed it. Later in the unmoored. She will come back alive, they will say its a miracle or something. I guess she can't die because she is needed for the story to progress in the end game/unmoored. So you really have nothing to worry about.

I went to the morgue and selected to mark Nadinia. The npc says she placed a candle on the coffin of Nadinia, but when I run around the morgue none of the coffins are marked with the candle. I've also searched every coffin one by one and none of them are her...even though her name comes up on the list of dead people at the NPC.
