Goblins in the city

Thrice, goblins appeared in the main city in the square with the beggar story teller. Is it a bug or what? How do Goblins get in the city when a Griffin couldn't?

An NPC tells you that monsters sometimes enter the commoner area so I guess it's possible and not a bug.

I had a hairy ogre? Once. Disappeared when a quest cutscene happened. Then a few days later had some Saurians run around.

Maybe you can buy the fix in the ingame shop of your singleplayer game.
