For anyone wondering: Never hire a pawn with red eyes and a dark aura. That's a Dragonplagued Pawn, and once they complete the gestation and they become fully corrupted they will not listen to any orders and kill anything. They are also impossibly strong.
PS: If you party up with one of these pawns, your pawns may get infected with the disease too.
Dragonplague.
Welcome to "fun" game mechanics. You know if a pawn you hired has it if... uh. Actually we don't know.
The ingame conversations of pawns mentioning it is along the lines of "Pawns get grumpy and disobey commands" but in reality you will hardly notice this and then when you rest at an inn, you'll notice the next day that the entire town is gone.
It's the worst game mechanic I have ever seen and you can't roll back saves because it's an Inn save AND YOU CAN'T EVEN START A NEW GAME BECAUSE THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE IN THIS GAME.

It's like that time I played BG 3 with 3 friends and one was curious about playing Dark Urge.
